My Background
My name is Jillian Mitchell and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist in Alabama since 2012. I graduated from the 2009-2010 class of Trenholm State Technical College in Montgomery, AL. I’ve known what I wanted to do since I was 12 years old! I’ve always been passionate about helping people and there’s nothing better than relieving someone’s pain, whether it’s chronic or acute. I specialize in Deep Tissue, but also frequently provide Swedish style massage for a more relaxing experience. I believe that each massage experience should be customized for how a client is feeling and what they need at the time of service. Massage doesn’t have to be be just “take a nap” or “I feel like I’m dying” with nothing in between; I will mix and match techniques and pressure to cater to your needs! Having children myself, I also have a special place in my heart for my clients that are expecting! I’ve worked in both the private and corporate sector over the years. Even though I like the structure that corporate life provides, I’ve always preferred to put my own personal touch on things.
