Swedish Massage
More commonly known as “Relaxation Massage”, this style uses long broad strokes, with a light to medium pressure, to promote blood flow and ease tension in the body. Perfect for winding down after a long week of stress. $50/30min $80/60min $115/90min $170*/120min
*2hr appointments are full body only.
Deep Tissue Massage
Though not for everyone, this style is ideal for athletes or anyone with built up tension. Mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using deeper strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. $50/30min $80*/1hr $115*/90min
*Excessive deep pressure may have an extra fee.
Prenatal Massage
Let me help relieve those pregnancy aches and pains! A full body massage with extra focus on those areas of discomfort. Side lying style is applied, utilizing a specially designed body pillow and reclining table so that one never has to worry about being too flat on the back. I have specific education, certification, and training to keep mom comfortable and Little One(s) safe. $55/30min $85/60min $120/90min
Hot Stone Massage
Whereas typical massage is performed using the therapist’s hands, this treatment uses heated natural stones to massage the whole body. I have specific education, certification, and training in this modality to help melt your worries away*. Please give advanced notice (before appointment time) as the stones do require at least an hour to heat properly. $105/60min $140/90min
*Certain conditions are contraindicated for this treatment. Including, but not limited to: pregnancy, uncontrolled high blood pressure, and history of blood clots.
Sugar & Salt Scrubs
Help your tired feet or aching hands with this wonderful exfoliating treatment! An organic coconut oil and sugar/salt mixture is added to you feet. This helps to remove dead skin cells and can improve circulation. After removing the scrub with hot towel wraps, a thick and luxurious cream is massaged into your skin to rehydrate.
30min Stand Alone Service (Hands/Feet): $50 Session Add-on: +$15 (No additional service time)
Free Massage Enhancements
Aromatherapy and Hot Towel treatments are optional, but always FREE of charge! I use organic jojoba as the diluting carrier oil for topical applications. Certain oils are more popular than others, so feel free to ask what I have on hand at your appointment time. Peppermint, sweet orange, lavender, chamomile, lemongrass, and eucalyptus are usually kept stocked at all times.

Sports/Athletic/Body Building Massage
NOT RELAXING!!! A therapeutic massage customized and tailored for optimal relief from chronically tight muscles caused from intense physical training (college/professional athletes, CrossFit warriors, body builders, etc.). This session will incorporate varied deep tissue techniques and will require participation from the client as well. This may include, but not limited to, having the client secure draping, asking the client to move themselves into different positions throughout the session, flipping multiple times, diaper draping (not as weird as it sounds, I swear). It is preferred that clients wear underwear &/or smaller shorts that can be adjusted as needed. Breast tissue will be securely draped as well. This session will get a little more in depth and up close and personal than a typical therapeutic session (which is the reason for the clothing specifications), but your comfort and modesty are still just as important. Please reach out for any additional questions or concerns.
