Cancellation Policy

I typically provide appointment reminders the day before appointments so that clients may reschedule if needed. 

Same day cancellations will result in at least a 50% service fee.
Appointments that are missed with no call or warning will be charged full service price. Fee must be paid before a new appointment can be made. 
The 2nd “No Call-No Show” will result in the client being required to prepay for all future services in advance with no refund.
